Apex Pool and Spa Services is located in the leafy suburban area of Agoura Hills and has been proudly serving the greater Los Angeles Area, including Malibu, the charming Valley, Westlake Village and other parts of Southern California since 1997.
The company is family owned and managed by founder Isaac Bitton who has a hands-on approach to all of his projects regardless of size and location.
Our Vision
Apex is proud to design and build pools and spas that are not just aesthetically pleasing but also functional and long-lasting. We understand that every dream is unique and so is every property. By using innovative full color 3D conceptual design and the industry leading construction techniques, we make your vision a reality.
Apex also designs and builds waterfalls, tiki huts, outdoor kitchens and lighting to create the backyard resort of your dreams.
